Tiny home/Hunting Cabin
For rent great little cabin on 13 acres. 2 bed/1 bath. Quiet, very secluded. Great for a family just starting out or for someone single. It is on a shallow well so understand that water is sometimes very limited. There is no washer/dryer Or a hook up for such. We raised our 4 year old there and loved it.
$25 per pet per month fee added to rent, all based on approval.
Damage deposit $800.
6 month lease then month to month.
Must have references, job and decent credit. Must provide last two credible landlords. No utilities are included. There will be a $45 non refundable application fee that will be taken out by turbotenant per person.
* Hunting permission will be granted to tenant and only one guest/relative. Document will be required.*
Maximum adult occupancy is 2 + 1 Child. Really don't think there is enough living space for 3 adults.
Do not require renters insurance, strongly suggest it. My insurance will not cover your belongings.
