Description

Remodeled Condo 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom w/1 car spot in shared garage and laundry - These pictures don't do this unit justice. This fantastic remodeled 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom condo is in the Indian Creek Villas. The community is conveniently located off Highway 74 and just minutes away from the El Paseo shopping district. There are many restaurants, indoor and outdoor entertainment, hiking trails, and world-class golf courses nearby.

The remodel done in 2017 on the kitchen included new granite countertops, stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, cabinets, and flooring. The bathroom was also remodeled in 2017 with a new tile shower surround, vanity, toilet, and flooring that looks like real wood.

The condo has the use of a 1 car spot in a shared garage with a clicker and the shared laundry facility is located in the building.

The Indian Creek Villas community is directly adjacent to great hiking trails and hiking park. And you are just a short walk to the community pool and hot tub area. The community boasts 2 pools and 2 hot tubs.

Monthly Rent and Fees are as follows: rent $1340.00 and administrative fee: $50. You will be required to pay 1st month's rent and fees plus a security deposit of $1600 and a non-refundable departure cleaning fee of $200 prior to move-in. Tenant liability insurance is required and it can be purchased through our management system for $9.50* per month or from another company with documentation provided by the tenant to us prior to move in. This is NOT renters insurance it is liability insurance.

*We require that our tenants either enroll in or currently have liability insurance that covers tenant caused accidental damages to the property for at least up to $100,000 coverage. If you have currently rental liability insurance you will need to have the insurance company provide us with the documentation showing that you have liability insurance including policy number and expiration prior to move-in. If you don’t already have this type of insurance our Management software offers one that is very reasonable ($9.50 per month) and it is paid at the same time as rent via the same method (online payment through our tenant portal) as your rent payment. This is not renters' insurances and does not cover the tenants or their guests' personal belongings or property.

- Great Rental History (Past 3 Years)

- No Bankruptcy Fillings (Past 3 Years)

- No Felonies

All Applicants will be asked to: fill out an application and pay an application fee of $35. If you have multiple tenants who will be financially responsible for paying rent an application and fee for each tenant will be required. In addition to the rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification, proof of income, and valid Social Security number or tax ID. Once we receive your application a background and credit check will be run on qualified candidates.
