Our properties are clean and comfortable, with controlled access, a free shuttle to Portland State's campus, and after-hours onsite support. On-site Resident Ambassadors and Resident Council representatives facilitate student-directed activities and events throughout the year. You must be enrolled at least half time in a higher education institution to be eligible for housing with CHNW.
