After an extensive renovation of the five shared homes in our community, Casa Urbana is excited to begin leasing private bedrooms in our first home!

Concerned with sharing a space with strangers? We are committed to incorporating our tenants' opinions and concerns in the application process. In addition to our own application process, our tenants will be able to join the process to ensure compatibility with anyone they will be sharing the space with!

At Casa Urbana, we take the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic very seriously, especially when it comes to the shared nature of coliving. We have implemented safety procedures for showings, move-ins/outs, maintenance, and residence in our homes for the safety of our residents, staff, prospective applicants, and vendors.
