You'd be welcome to use the pool, Yoga studio, washer n dryer, big living room, kitchen, and dining room. Included all utilities, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, 40"TV and bi-monthly maid service. I am a Fitness trainer and also teach Yoga, Spin and Meditation. My boyfriend is a cinematographer. Would love to have someone with a youthful spirit (age does not matter), that's productive, financially sound and invested in life! The mood here is easygoing. The house is warm and comfortable. The room can be unfurnished or furnished. The closet is cedar lined and MASSIVE. I am an L. A. native and if you're new in town I can help you get acquainted with the area. We are centrally located to the 101, 405, Laurel Cyn., West Hollywood and Universal, CBS, Disney, Warner Bros. Studios. The neighborhood is quaint and safe. Plenty of people walking their dogs and the streets are tree lined. I have a super friendly 7 month old dog so you must like dogs.
