DIRECTIONS: Hiway 44 to Broad Street in Greensboro, turn left at the light; drive to Laurel Street (next signal light) and turn right. Hiway 15 (Athens Hiway) Drive approximately 3.1 miles to Cold Springs Road outside of Greensboro turn left. Drive down road to approx. 3.3 miles turn left Arrowhead Drive then drive 1/2 mile until the road forks and fork left at Arrowhead Estates (turtle on the sign), then .6 mile to rental.
CRITERIA: You must apply on line at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Find address of rental, click on picture and then click on APPLY button. You must fill in all blanks including the last TWO landlords, how many persons will be living in the unit and their birthdates. You must fill in how many pets will reside on the premises. The application fee is $45.00 and will include checking your credit; criminal background check; last two landlords and verification of employment. You must upload your driver’s license and last TWO pay stubs that are the most current. If application is approved, you must pay the security deposit within 48 hours on line to hold the rental. A full month's rent will be required to be paid 3 days prior to move in.

If you have an animal that you want to live in the rental with you, you MUST go to [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] under RENTAL POLICIES. Click on that title and then scroll down to PET POLICIES. Under that title, find the link to [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] and click on it and follow the directions to apply for each animal. ONLY one animal is allowed unless approved by owner.
