Bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. King bedroom with plenty of closet space and TV. Backs to miles of hiking trials. Plenty of parking.
SHOWINGS: In-person tours when vacant, by video only when occupied
COSTS $300 utility fee covers all utilities including cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee.
PETS are not allowed at this unit.
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
