Directions: GPS the address 50 Newmarket Rd, Durham for directions (no street sign yet for Tavern Way). Driveway is next to the yellow Mill Pond Professional Building which is on Route 108.

Historical Perspective: Originally a tavern in the 17th century, the main house was moved to its current location in the early 1900s. At this point, a gentleman farmer constructed a 5000 square foot barn. Over the years, the barn has seen farm activity before being converted a performing arts center in the 1980s. This usage lasted until the mid-2000's when all usage ceased. Our renovation is now your gain!
