First Floor- 3 Bedroom- Great backyard space! - Fantastic 3 bedroom close to downtown Winooski. First floor, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout and updated appliances. Living room/dining room is open and has great natural light. Kitchen is spacious and has great countertop space. Update appliances and a gas stove! The bathroom has nice tile and stackable washer/dryer. All 3 bedrooms are nicely sized. The master has a great outcove, perfect for a space workspace or dressers. It also leads out to the nice private backyard!
Resident responsible for the propane heat (also for the stove-we would recommend Vermont Gas, electric through Green Mountain Power, snow removal and cable/wifi if desired. Included in the rent is cold water/sewer, lawn care, trash and recycling.
2 Parking Spots (off street parking available as well, not restricted)
Deposit due at signing, first full month's rent due upon move in.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required

Our application is located right on our website- just simply click “apply now” next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units!
The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
