There is a 1.5 car garage available for tenant usage and there is an additional casita and bathroom available for tenant use as well. There is a tiled walk in shower in the master bathroom and a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom, which is connected to the guest bedroom and hallway on the opposite of the house. Both bedrooms have sliders that open to the covered patio and there is a large eat-in bar area located in the dining room, which overlooks the living room and the large picture windows at the back of the house. There are only a few steps between the main house and casita, which also has a queen sized bed and a tiled walk-in shower. The sparkling pool cannot be heated but there is a convenient above-ground spa on the patio. If you rent this home for 4 months, the monthly rent is reduced to $1,800.00 per month! This is a NO PETS property. **The owner of the property lives out of state but does come to the house, typically during January, to get some belongings out of the detached garage and stays in the casita on the property. He will call beforehand to let tenants know. All utilities paid by owner with a monthly cap on electric and water. Detached garage is NOT AVAILABLE for tenant use or access at any time.**
