We have a very large nice corner sunny room available on the first floor of this traditional historic student house. The room is clean,individual, safe and secure . There is a three window bay with a chestnut window seat that provides storage plus an additional large window making four windows in all! The room has solid oak furniture . There is plenty of light space and air in this room.
It is a three minute walk to the engineering and law schools and it is right across the street from the business school. We are a two minute walk to the theater shops and restaurants. Everything is at your fingertips just across the street.
We hope you will come and join us. We are a small family business and provide service 24/7 and all utilities are included We are renting now for this school year at a reduced price of $850/mo. For the next school year 2021-2022 this room is also available now but it returns to a slightly lower than our normal price and will rent at $900/mo.
