The home is on septic system. Tenants are responsible for general yard care and must have own lawnmower. Tenants pay all utilities: water, electricity, oil for furnace. Wood stove not operational. Septic system maintained by owner. Sorry, no dishwasher and no college students as primary tenants.
DOGS approved on a case by case basis with additional pet rent and pet deposit. One year lease preferred. May consider shorter term for higher rent.
