This beautiful, historic home was recently renovated with every detail in mind. Located in the heart of Charleston's Harleston Village, this home is a true gem in The Holy City. This home was beautifully furnished with both design and comfort in mind.
Enter through the front door to the light filled, open, living room and kitchen area. The kitchen features marble countertops, high end appliances, and plenty of cabinet storage. Off of the kitchen you will find a nook area with tons of windows and a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen island also provides additional seating and features a skylight detail above, open to the second floor.
Each of the bedrooms is filled with natural light and comes appointed with luxury white linens for maximum comfort. All of the bathrooms have been recently renovated and feature sleek and clean white tile and vanities with marble countertops. The fifth bedroom is located in the carriage house-like structure just off of the patio. With it's own separate entrance, this space is the perfect guest suite, or home office. Here you will find a comfortable bed, living space with couch, coffee table, and TV, a spacious desk from all of your work from home needs, and a full bathroom. Photos of this space are coming soon!
This home also features plenty of outdoor space to entertain or relax. There is seating on the front porch as well as a dining table and grill in the courtyard area.
Parking is located in the driveway.

Harleston Village:
Established in the 1700s, Harleston Village is dotted with Georgian and Italianate buildings on tree-lined streets. Joggers and cyclists head to the sidewalks and shady trees around Colonial Lake, known as “The Pond.” The College of Charleston, with a colonnaded entrance, lies on a picturesque campus. To the east, King Street is a hub of upscale boutiques, plus restaurants and bars with outdoor patios and a hip vibe.
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.
Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
