This lakefront home comes with a sandy swimming area, docks, and plenty of room to entertain outside! The main door leads straight into the open concept living room and office area with panoramic views of “Spring Bay” on Lake Orion! From there head straight into the kitchen, dining area, brand new upstairs full bath, and two bedrooms. Walk down the staircase to the newly remodeled finished walk out basement with an added desk area, full bathroom with stand-up shower, and a storage/laundry room.
Other information:
Heat: Brand new boiler in 2018
AC: Large overpowered window unit for the first floor, but the basement stays very cool as it is a walk out with nice winds.
Utilities: Tenant will pay electric, gas, and trash/landlord will pay quarterly sewer bill
Lawn: Tenant will mow and tend to the yard. If you are not up for this, we can use the company who has been tending the lawn for the last few years and an invoice will be sent to the tenant on a monthly basis.
Furniture: Some furniture included
Credit check and references are mandatory
Lease length should be at least 12-18 months and can renew on a yearly basis
Security deposit will be one month’s rent
Parking: covered car port with additional parking for two cars in the driveway
Availability: Current tenant is set to leave by the end of September 2019, we’ll need at least a week or so to schedule carpet cleaning and house cleaning
Pets Policy: Negotiable for a fee
