The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, the guest room has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom offers two twin beds.
Please note, although Colonial Charters 1B is a first-floor unit, there are five steps from the ground to get to the first floor. This condo is nonsmoking, Does not accept pets, and rents to adults over the age of 25 only.
