You walk into the kitchen/dining/living area which has nice updated flooring. You have plenty of room for a small table or island! The bathroom is a nice size with a walk in shower. The bedroom is a great size and has awesome closet space! This apartment has plenty of natural light! Heat, hot water, cold water, sewer, snow plowing, trash, recycling and composting all included!
Resident is responsible for the electric and an annual parking pass if needed.
There is NO parking at this building. You can buy a parking pass through the city. It will be about $15ish a month.

The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
