The townhouse is approximately 950 square feet with rent of $1,259 per month. Tenants are responsible for their water bills, electric bills and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and maintenance of the washer-dryers (aside from tenant-caused damage).
This home is currently rented, and we are only showing it to people who have applied and are approved, as we are trying to follow COVID social distancing protocols for our tenants. If you apply and see the apartment in person and don't want to move forward, we will gladly reimburse your application fee.
We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,259 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 is a non-refundable carpet cleaning charge). No last month's rent deposit is required.
One or two cats are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month. We will consider up to two dogs, also with pet rent, on a case-by-case basis (some breed restrictions apply). This is a smoke-free building, so no smoking within any of the units, on the patios, or within 30 feet of the building.
