The townhouse is approximately 950 square feet with rent of $1,259 per month. Tenants are responsible for their water bills, electric bills and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and maintenance of the washer-dryers (aside from tenant-caused damage).
This home is currently rented, and we are only showing it to people who have applied and are approved, as we are trying to follow COVID social distancing protocols for our tenants.
