The back huge room could be used as a bedroom as the laundry room is connected to it and has a large shelf and hanging rod so it could double as a closet. Or the room could be a family room/game room/ formal dining room or anything else you can think of. It is attached to the kitchen as it walks through from the kitchen as well as one of the other bedrooms.
Laundry on the main floor! Large walk in closets, open floor plan. Refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher included. Central heat and air. Huge living room that is open into the kitchen that has an eat-in table. Mud room off the back door to keep the mess contained and a separate laundry room off the mud room! There is a loft upstairs for a play room, storage or bedroom if needed. The loft was not remodeled just repaired.
There is a large, unfinished area in the basement as well as a finished large bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity and medicine cabinet.

Online applications and online leases are available. Paying rent is also made convenient by having choices of direct allotment, online ACH payments via E-check, or credit/debit cards. We also accept cash, checks and money orders. Putting down the security deposit/earnest money can be done on-line as well as signing the lease. Making it easy to do from afar!
The deposit is equal to the rent. Pet deposit and fee which is 1/2 the rental rate plus pet rent with half being refundable) and pet rent, typically $35/month would apply for one approved pet.
No smoking, vaping or burning incense inside the house.
Renters insurance is required.
This is a great house in a great neighborhood. It is located in Clay Center which is a small community but has everything you would need for daily living. It is about 35 minutes from Fort Riley or Junction City and 40 minutes from Manhattan. Clay Center is a wonderful community and a great place to raise a family or just get away from the Fort Riley, JC or Manhattan area. In 2011, we added a new park that is wonderful and in 2015 we opened our Water Park and our free Zoo has been redone as well the last year or so! Clay Center also has, several other parks, 2 golf courses (1 public & 1 private) as well as many restaurants, shops, stores, bars & other activities.
