This unit is located in a wonderful, quiet residential neighborhood, in a building with only four other units. It's located on a large corner lot with a huge tree line and wooded area to the east. Walking out your door you would think you were almost in the country. Tons of off-street parking. Additional storage is available for rent if needed. 8th st. doesn't go through so there isn't much traffic.
Yard care and snow removal provided.
Renters insurance is required.

Online applications and online leases are available. Paying rent is also made convenient by having choices of direct allotment, online ACH payments via E-check, or credit/debit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Putting down the security deposit can be done on-line as well as signing the lease.
The deposit is equal to the rent. Pet deposit (1/2 the rental rate plus pet rent) and pet rent, typically $35/month would apply for an approved pet. Half of the pet deposit is refundable.
No smoking, vaping or burning of incense inside the building.
Clay Center is a small community but has everything you would need for daily living. It is about 35 minutes from Fort Riley or Junction City and 40 minutes from Manhattan. Clay Center is a wonderful community and a great place to raise a family or just get away from the Fort Riley, JC or Manhattan area. In 2011, we added a new park that is wonderful and in 2015 we opened our new Water Park!. Clay Center also has a nice zoo, several other parks, 2 golf courses (1 public & 1 private) as well as many restaurants, shops, stores, bars & other activities. Come see if it's the perfect place for you!
