To qualify for any of our units, the applicant(s) must meet all the following requirements:
Make three times the property rent in gross income
Have a credit score of 600 or higher
Have no negative rental history, evictions or accounts in collection
If using a consigner, the consigner must make four times the rent in gross income, have a credit score of 650 or higher, and have no negative rental history, evictions or accounts in collection.
Please Note: As of May 20, 2024, our rental requirements have changed. Some of our property owners do have higher requirements (such as a higher credit score) and/or may allow alternative sources of income (such as savings accounts). Unusual circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and presented to the owner for final approval.
*Renters Insurance is required. Please see property manager for minimum requirements. $50 a month pet rent required on all pet friendly properties.
