There are some lake and mountain views from the front patio, which runs along the entire length of the house. The beautiful pool and spa were just completed and are ready to use! The furniture is comfortable and cozy for a relaxing stay and each bedroom offers a sliding glass door for easy access to the many patios around the property. The garage is available for tenant use, however, the owners do also store their boat in the rear bays. Tenant will have access to 2 garage bays for parking in addition to the driveway and street parking where allowed. Owner pays all utilities with a monthly cap on electric & internet services. Tenant is able to heat spa at their expense - call NSP for more information. Available starting December 1st through April 30th 2020. Three month minimum rental required. This is a NO PETS property. The refundable security deposit is $2,800.00 and there is an additional $300.00 one time, nonrefundable cleaning and admin fee.
