Poolside Patio 5112 - Amazing poolside condo! Location, location, location! Enjoy the close-up pool view from inside your spacious one-bedroom condo or from your private paver patio with steps leading down to the pool. Beautiful interior with full kitchen and washer/dryer makes this a home away from home. Ceiling fan in main room and bedroom. To access your unit, go through the 955 Building atrium, through the gate to the pool, and follow the directional signs from there. While this is a ground floor condo with a large walk-in shower with seat and bars, it is not ADA compliant. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays.
We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. For approval please go to [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] There is a pet fee, which is $150.00 for the first pet and $75.00 for the second pet. Animals must be house trained. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended.
On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests.
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear.
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion.
