Kunselman's Quarter's 5107-2P - Great home away from home in this bright two-bedroom condo on the ground floor. Wood laminate floors throughout make this a beautiful place to enjoy your time away! Full kitchen for cooking and dining in. Washer and dryer in laundry closet of Owner’s bathroom. The second bedroom, a King Suite with kitchenette, has its own private entry. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee. Ceiling fans in main room and bedrooms. Enjoy time with family and friends on the large, private, fenced patio courtyard, which has an additional table for more dining space. Work on your tan or take a dip in the gorgeous Laterra pool conveniently located in the courtyard of your building. For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this is unit is on the first floor, it is not ADA compliant. For entry to your unit, go through the lobby of the 955 building and through the gate. Follow the directional signs to your unit.

We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. For approval please go to [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] There is a pet fee, which is $150.00 for the first pet and $75.00 for the second pet. Animals must be house trained. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests.

Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear.

Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion.
