Situated just far enough away from High St and Downtown for peace & quiet, but close enough that you could walk to some of the best bars & restaurants in town! Our updated carriage house features beautiful hardwood floors and modern furnishings throughout.
This carriage house is located in the alley behind the main home. When you park on Hanford St, there is a Main green house with black shutters; this is the main house, the Carriage house is located behind it by walking through the common gate labeled 78 on the gate.
High-speed internet and a 50" Roku TV. Browse your favorite streaming services Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc. or use some of the free tv apps (NO CABLE).
The kitchen and dining area will comfortably serve your group of four, fully-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, measuring cups, etc. Enjoy a hot pot of coffee or tea from our coffee station. There are 2 full bedrooms upstairs, each with a comfy queen bed and plenty of closet space.
The flat is secured by electronic keypad that is accessible 24hrs of the day.

There is FREE parking available on Hanford St . Because parking is not allowed on the alley where the carriage house is located you may temporarily pull in the alley way behind the house for loading and unloading, but vehicles should not be left unattended, as towing is generally enforced in this historic district.
