We will begin accepting applications (72 hours from now) at 12PM on Sunday, August 14th. None of the units at this property are legally classified as disabled accessible units.
Even with the pandemic abating, our tenants prefer to minimize in-person visits whenever possible. As a result, we encourage people to apply before seeing an apartment to reduce exposure when a home is still occupied, as is the case with this unit. If you apply and are approved, see the apartment, but then don't want to move forward, we will gladly reimburse the application fee.
The apartment rents for $1699/month, plus each adult tenant pays $40/month as a water/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, common electric and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1699 security deposit. No last month's rent is required upfront.
One or two neutered or spayed cats are acceptable with pet rent ($35/month for each cat with no pet deposit). Quiet dogs are acceptable on a case by case basis with $35/month pet rent. 2 pets maximum.
