Beauty inside and out can be found at this two-story residence with ocean views near the beach in Pacific Grove, just a few minutes’ walk to either the ocean or golfing on a renowned municipal course.
Main house and 300-square-foot backyard cottage. Easy access to fine dining and shopping in Pacific Grove, as well as to cycling and walking on the Monterey Bay Recreation Trail. The home is also just 10 minutes to golfing and sightseeing in Pebble Beach®, or to enjoying the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, 15 minutes to charming Carmel-by-the-Sea and 45 minutes to Big Sur.
Upon your arrival you'll be greeted with wine and cheese, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear.
Great room: gas fireplace and the 50-inch HDTV. Dining area seats 8 and counter seating for 4 in the kitchen.
Gourmet-equipped kitchen: stainless steel appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerator, six-burner Thermador stove. Back yard: gas grill, outdoor dining area.
Downstairs 1/2 bath, bedroom with queen bed.
Upstairs: master suite has king bed, HDTV, a walk-in closet, vaulted ceiling, ocean views, private deck, double-sided gas fireplace that can be seen from the bedroom or bathroom with jetted tub, dual sinks and separate shower.
Second level: 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, bathroom with shower, stacked washer-dryer.
Studio cottage in the back yard has twin beds that convert to a king with memory foam mattress topper, a seating area and bathroom with combination tub/shower.
Parking for one car in the garage.
