202 Dryden Rd., is a premier location less than a block from the Cornell campus and near many Collegetown businesses. This classic Collegetown building has housed many students over the years. The building entrance has an intercom and buzzer system, and requires a proximity reader tag for entry.

Each of these second-floor four-person apartments is fully furnished, has 1.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, coffee table, a dining table and chairs, and a large flat-screen television for tenants' enjoyment. Each of the four bedrooms is furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, and a desk & chair. The living room and front bedroom in each apartment have built in air conditioners.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water. Apartments are wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
