We are looking to create a wonderful supportive roommate community atmosphere of amazing people in these unprecedented times. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms and we are looking to rent out most of them to individuals who enjoy a supportive, thriving, savvy roommate culture. We welcome ALL students, professionals, contractors, nomads, retirees, entrepreneurs, expats, artists, developers, long-term travelers, and whoever else is interested to apply! :) When we successfully fill the rooms there will be likely 4-5 people total in the house ALL with their own entirely private bedroom living spaces. This particular spacious private bedroom has its own laptop workspace, open air wardrobe, premium Sterns & Foster mattress, with optional luxurious bedding available at no additional fees. :) Common areas of the house include a great foyer lounge area, big open fully equipped chef's kitchen, dining area, living room with streaming services, backyard with patio misting cooling system, fountain area, and plenty of on/off street parking. :) ALL utilities & super fast internet services are included, you pay nothing more than listed rent price per month.
