Due to world events, we are renting out the individual rooms to long-term renters like you who prefer no pressure, custom leasing arrangements that suit your needs. We are very flexible and open to any lease-terms you'd like us to consider. We are looking to create a wonderful atmosphere of amazing people in these unprecedented times. The house has 4 bedrooms and we are looking to rent out a few of them to individuals who enjoy a supportive, thriving roommate culture. Students, professionals, retirees, entrepreneurs, expats, artists, long-term travelers, and whoever else is interested! :) If we successfully fill the rooms there will be likely 3-4 people total in the house ALL with their own entirely private bedrooms. This particular private grand master suite is the best room in the house. It has its own 100% private en suite bathroom, private lounging area, double headed luxury shower, plus a HUGE walk-in closet. :) Common areas of the house include a great foyer lounge area, big open fully equipped chef's kitchen, dining area, living room with streaming services, backyard with patio & fountain area, and plenty of on/off street parking. :) ALL utilities & super fast internet services are included, you pay nothing more than listed rent price per month.
