Broderick Tower has become the most desirable and talked about residential lease community property in the downtown area. All of our guests in our other suites have loved it here. Each commented that it was better than the website could illustrate. This is a premium suite that Broderick Tower labels as a "penthouse". You won't find a better corporate suite than this in Detroit.

--Parking Renovation: Sometime this summer, renovation will begin on the east lot. Residents may be required to park in the west lot at that time. Landlord not responsible for these decisions or schedules. Pre-paid valet makes this less of a hassle.
--Parking Note: Oversized vehicles will not fit in the Grand Circus garage. SUVs and vans do fit but the huge variety and trucks with racks on top will not fit. Your vehicle should be under 6 feet high. The hotel uses this lot for valet, so most vehicles do fit fine.
