There is an additional $90.00 per month for water, sewer, trash and gas. Residents pay individually metered electric to Xcel Energy. There is a $12 a month fee for the Building Protection Plan (we do not require renter's insurance; however, we strongly encourage having coverage). There is a one-time Administrative Fee of $100 plus $8.00 Xcel Transfer fee.
We are a pet friendly community and allow up to two pets per apartment. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs (must be at adult weight under 60 pounds). There is a $150.00 pet deposit and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. In addition, there is a $30.00 monthly pet rent per pet.
Requirements: You must make 2.5 times the rent; have a social security number or ITIN number, government issued photo ID; a credit score of 540 or higher; no evictions in the last 5 years; cannot owe a previous landlord; and a criminal background check is completed. WE do not accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers.
