Description

55+ community. No one younger than 18 years of age is allowed to live in the community. It is a single story townhouse with an updated kitchen with newer cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It has 18" neutral tile floors in main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. It also has a screened patio. Includes all of the kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. The cost is $60.00 per application and the fees are non-refundable. We require 2.5 times the rent in gross monthly income and no evictions in the last 3 years. Please submit anything that you would like us to review with your application.

All utilities must be placed into the tenants name before the move-in date to ensure they will have services and tenants are responsible for their usage charges.

*Bonus Amenity Included* - A portion of resident's total monthly amount due will be used to have HVAC filters regularly delivered to their doorstep under the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program. This saves 5-15% on your energy bill and helps ensure a clean, healthy living environment.
