There is a small patio off the back of the building which is wonderful on those hot summer nights! Downstairs you have your kitchen, living room and dining room as well as washer/dryer hookups in the basement. The bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs!
Tenant is responsible for the propane heat and electric. Snow removal, lawn, trash, cold water/ sewer included!

$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
