The hallway leads to a large guest bathroom and the three bedrooms. Each room has a good amount of closet space with two full sized closets in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a small patio accessed by the sliding glass door. At the end of the hall, there is the 2-car garage with the laundry machines and extra storage cabinets. The back patio is by the living and dining rooms.



UNIT INFORMATION:

Utilities: Residents responsible for all utilities accounts including: Gas/Electric, Water, Trash, and Cable/Internet. Landscaping provided by the HOA to common areas.

Parking/Storage: Attached 2-car garage for parking. No driveway parking allowed by HOA.

AC: Central heating and air conditioning.

Laundry: Laundry machines in the garage for resident use.

Appliances: The refrigerator and laundry machines will not be maintained.

Pet Policy: Maximum two(2) pets of 30lbs or less allowed by approval. $50/mo rent increase per pet. $500 deposit increase.

2. A good credit score and clean history (650 minimum).

3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Income can include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.

4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.

6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.



$40 Application fee is NOT refundable.

Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.
