Downtown Savannah is a quick 15 minute drive.
Memorial Hospital, Candler Memorial and downtown Savannah are all within 15 minutes drive. This home is also an easy 10-15 minute drive to Pooler or Gulfstream Aerospace. Hunter Army Airfield is a 10 minute drive.
Hilton Head Island is 39 miles away (45 minutes) and Bluffton, SC is 25 miles (35 minutes).
This home has been completely remodeled from the roof to the kitchen floor and countertops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Women traveling alone will be secure here.
This home is a stone's throw away from the Port of Savannah. There is a small amount of train noise as they are moved in and out of the port. Whistles won't be heard, but it is possible to hear the movement of the train. A fan can easily block out the noise for light sleepers.
Blackout blinds are installed in all bedroom windows for your comfort.
