The original farmhouse maintains a lot of the original charm including the original wide plank hardwood floors. All the windows are oversized and provide tremendous natural light to brighten all the rooms, especially the living room. The living room is large enough for a sectional couch (as seen in the pictures) and is conveniently located in the middle of the apartment between the bedrooms and kitchen. This is my favorite room in the house and nice spot to relax and watch a game.
This apartment has a great layout and flow with the bedrooms separated from the common spaces with a terrific office or dining nook. One of the most charming aspects of the apartment is this cozy nook that could be a perfect and isolated work from home spot. Another nice surprise is that both bedrooms are large, especially the front bedroom which could be made into a bedroom suite/office.

Additionally, the house located in Glastonbury, with some of the most highly acclaimed and top ranked public schools in the state. The apartment comes with a garage and second parking space. The apartment also comes with its own washer and dryer. Tenant is responsible for electric and trash. Owner pays for association fee, heat, water, snow removal and landscaping. This is again a very peaceful area with lots of outdoor activities only a short drive away. We have a terrific quiet tenant on the first floor.
