$2295 monthly (1-Year Lease minimum required)

$500 off the 1st Month's Rent Move-In Special
The t;enancy is required to maintain Mandatory Renters Insurance of at least $100,000 Liability naming the Ownership/Management as interested parties (different from additionally insured) or pay a Monthly fee of $12.50 where Liability coverage is obtained (this does not cover tenants property).
Ownership will pay the Landscaper.
Tenant pays all of the Utilities
The unit is being worked on, and we are just finishing it. We have touchup painted it, most of the maintenance is finished, the kitchen sink is scheduled for refinish. The garage walls are being cleaned up. A thorough cleaning and shampoo of the carpeting is scheduled.
Any BBQ cannot be used under the covered patio, and has to be 15 feet from the structures.
Pets- No Pet Dog or Cats, but will consider other types of Pets in cages, aquariums.
Utilities- The Tenant pays Gas, Electric, Water and Trash. Ownership will be paying the landscaping, as the last tenancy wasn't maintaining the yard. The tenant responsible for the water and watering of the yard.
The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.
We have hired a local individual to assist in showing the unit, but showing times will be coordinated on a limited availability as per his availability.
We may schedule by Open Houses which would be set up based on the Responses received, thus please watch for a return email on time/date for the next potential showing.
We will have application information at the unit during showings (the Covid crisis is requiring us to do the process of applications paperless). The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable. Also the Agent showing will have receipts and business card and will show ID upon request!
