Units have Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stackable Washer & Dryer, Blinds, Curtain Rods, & Laminate Hardwood Floors throughout entire apartment. Minimum income for Mountain View is $1,260 per month. We do have maximum incomes that cannot be exceeded based on how many occupants will be residing in the unit. Max amount of occupants in a 2 BR is 4. We accept Housing Choice Voucher’s. Water, Sewer & Trash are included in rent.
Residents are responsible for Electric and Gas.
We allow up to one pet – 25 pounds or less at full maturity. No aggressive breeds. Pet deposit is $200 and non-refundable. Pet rent is $10.00 per month. Some examples of aggressive dog breeds are Pitbull, Rottweiler, Huskys, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chows & Spitz.
Amenities
• We have a pool, only residents can swim in it. They are not allowed to bring guests in the pool. They must bring their pool pass when they use the pool.
• We have a playground for our residents to enjoy.
