Cedar Grove Apartments is conveniently located within walking distance to Lake Michigan, the Manitowoc Zoo, Meadow Links Golf, Elks Country Club, area schools, bowling and beautiful parks. Many improvements and renovations have been made recently and more are still to come.
Some buildings have electric heating whereas others are gas heated. We will not be able to guarantee a specific apartment as rentals are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Tenant's are required to obtain Landlord Liability Insurance. If preferred, MPM can provide Landlord Liability Insurance through Great American Insurance Company.
