There’s a sliding door leading to a small patio for when you need to step out for some fresh air. Up on the 2nd floor (with no upstairs neighbors) there’s plenty of natural light in every room!
Both bedrooms have queen beds with supportive mattresses and down comforters. There are bedside tables and lamps with wireless and USB charging ports. Each bedroom has a large closet (one is a walk-in!) with plenty of hanging and drawer space for your clothing. Speaking of storage, there’s also a coat closet by the front door and a linen closet nearby the bathroom and bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, toaster, blender, pots & pans, plates & cups. Pretty much everything you would need besides groceries!
We include a Sonic Gigabit fiber internet connection that provides fast download speeds. Working from home and streaming movies is a breeze!
We provide a fully furnished home including bath towels and bedding. We will provide an initial supply of consumable items like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper that the tenant should plan on refilling as needed.
Coin-op laundry facilities are located in the building.
