Windows are laminated shatterproof and privacy screen ( Mira from outside) . This beautiful home has bamboo flooring and electric wall heaters/wood stove.
No smoking in and around the House.
Potential tenants must meet credit & income criteria with no prior criminal history or evictions. Applicants will be charged $30 + for a credit/background check, first & last months rent plus a fully refundable deposit of $1,200 due upon signing.
