A small staircase takes you up to the welcoming second level; a spacious bedroom full bath with claw foot tub, well equipped full kitchen, dining area/living area, 2 fireplaces, and door to another entrance. Newly installed stove, refrigerator.
LBGQT friendly. Owner (mother and daughter live on property in law in another cabin separate from this cabin). Positive environment, expect same from tenants. Must love dogs . Pet pot belly pig roams property, but does not have access to rental cabin.
$4100, 1 year min lease.
Due at move in: 1st month and last month rent plus Deposits refundable per adherence to lease agreement. Credit check and background screening is mandatory.
Max occupancy 2 person. Pet deposit required.
