Well, if you're asking the future second floor tenant at 3534A Lawn, they'd likely follow that with- and why am I still talking to myself?? Get it? It's you- you're the future second floor tenant at 3534A Lawn. You've chosen this place for its awesome location, modern (and chic) kitchen, sunny bedroom, and bonus space/walk-in closet PLUS, you love that it comes with one garage parking spot. I can tell you that there are w/d hookups in the shared basement, but I cannot tell you how you woke up on the actual lawn- looks like you've got some questions to answer... and an apartment to tour.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
