I am renting 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in my 1750 sqft house in Normal Heights. The house is partially furnished. The bedrooms are huge (over 200sqft). The bathroom is fully remodeled. I stay in the master bedroom which has a separate entrance. I am also at the property only 4 days/month, so you will have the house completely to yourself most of the time.
I am looking for a couple or two roommates. This is a great deal because you get a whole house for the price of an apartment.
The house is a short walk to Adams Ave. restaurants, bars, KEN movie theater, library, grocery stores, with easy access to 15 and 8 freeways.
