The street has no street cleaning and parking permits are available for permit-only parking a few houses away. Good public transportation, easy bus ride to downtown Los Angeles, Culver City, main st Santa Monica, and 3rd street Santa Monica. 3 mile bike ride to Venice Beach. Close to UCLA, marina, 405, 10, and 90 freeways. Gardening service provided twice a month, tenant pays all utilities.
