No renewal/extension available. If needed, transfer to another one of our apartments for 30-days or more and receive $200 off posted rate of the new apartment.

--Parking Renovation: Sometime this summer, renovation will begin on the east lot. Residents may be required to park in the west lot at that time. Landlord not responsible for these decisions or schedules. Pre-paid valet makes this less of a hassle.
--Parking Note: Oversized vehicles will not fit in the Grand Circus garage. SUVs and vans do fit but the huge variety and trucks with racks on top will not fit. Your vehicle should be under 6 feet high. The hotel uses this lot for valet, so most vehicles do fit fine.
