This property is fully equipped with luxurious towels, hairdryers, all the amenities you'll need if you prefer to stay in and cook.
This house can be rented a couple of ways:
Rent the entire house- 3 bedrooms, plus a loft (sleeps 8) and 3 1/2 bathrooms, two kitchens and two laundry rooms both with sets of washer and dryers. $2700/month and a $4050 deposit. Tenant will be responsible for all electric, propane and water/sewer. Wifi is included. Tenants would be responsible for snow removal. No pets are allowed.
Rent just the upstairs that has 2 bedrooms plus a loft (sleeps 6), 2 1/2 bathrooms and laundry room for $1800/month and a $2700 deposit. Tenant will pay 60% of the utilities (electric and water/sewer). Tenant will be responsible for the snow removal of their area. No pets are allowed.
Rent just the lower space that has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and laundry room for $1200/month and a $1800 deposit. Tenant will pay 40% of the utilities (electric and water/sewer) as well as the propane, which is for the gas range and the gas fireplace. Tenant will be responsible for the snow removal of their area. No pets are allowed.
