While it's not the most glamorous explanation, it *is* technically a small chunk of this building... See also; a valuable idea or fact. So yeah, this 1BR/1BA is an absolute Nugget. A Nugget filled with valuable ideas (once you move in), and a lil lump of dining space in your meaty kitchen that also has a gas range and dishwasher! This nugget analogy is wearing thin. Oh well, sunny back room with view of the first-come-first-served parking pad. AND you're within walking distance of like three places that you can get actual nuggets (...like to eat. I'm talking about Chicken Nuggets, okay- that's what's been in the forefront of my mind while writing this entire listing).
W/d hookups and extra storage in the basement.
