This Chicago commercial style building was built by famed Davenport industrialist William Renwick in 1897 and underwent a 4.5 million dollar renovation in 2012. The once Matthews Office and Furniture Store/office building now houses eighteen 1- and 2-bedroom chic apartments featuring open layouts, granite counter-tops, balconies, high ceilings, large windows, and eco-friendly materials.
