A bright red front door opens into the wood-paneled living room and open kitchen. The living room includes a pellet stove, built-in shelving, and a ceiling fan. The compact kitchen offers good cabinet and counter space, tiled floors and countertops, and appliances including the refrigerator, electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher.

Hardwood floors are throughout the front living room and the two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a walk-in closet. The full bathroom is located off of the hall and includes a stall shower (no bathtub.) A nice-sized laundry room includes a utility sink and washer and dryer hookups.

The second living room, located at the rear of the home, has tile floors, a pellet stove, plus vaulted ceilings with skylights. A cozy loft area offers additional space for a reading nook, plus storage space.

Outdoor spaces include the partially covered back deck, which is enclosed inside the fenced portion of the yard. A long paved driveway is shared with the neighboring home, and there is a paved parking area for this home. The smaller open shed/outbuilding is available for tenant use for storing yard equipment, but the larger outbuilding is reserved for owner use.

Central electric heat and central air conditioning. The two pellet stoves are available for tenant use when properly maintained by the tenant, including being cleaned out one or two times per year. Pets are negotiable, and up to two pets will be considered with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Tenants responsible for maintaining landscaping immediately surrounding the house and mowing grass inside the fenced portion of the yard; homeowners will maintain lawn outside of fence. No smoking. No cosigners.
